Good news stories are popping up more so lately, despite the unexpected and on-going global COVID-19 news. This week, Chrysler has announced a new campaign involving the continued partnership with No Kid Hungry. First established in 2018, the partnership had one goal in mind of ending childhood hunger. They have agreed on another way to help continue this cause. Chrysler has announced that every remaining 2020 sale of all Chrysler Pacifica minivans through the end of the school year will include a donation to this movement.

Helping Children Is Always the Right Call

Chrysler has large goals and contributions coming to the aid of families and children across the country. No kid hungry is responsible for feeding more than 1 billion meals to kids in need. Single-handedly this national campaign has provided assistance to curb childhood hunger in the United States by a third. Chrysler announced they will make a contribution towards this national program by way of sales to the most popular Chrysler vehicle, the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica minivan. The Chrysler brand’s most awarded minivan has been the Pacifica since its debut in 2017, replacing the Chrysler Town and Country minivan.

“Chrysler first partnered with No Kid Hungry in 2018 to help in their goal of ending childhood hunger. “As a brand that is focused on making life easier for families, we at Chrysler want to continue to help those in need and make it easier for families to help others. So with each Pacifica sold, we’ll help No Kid Hungry provide up to 500 meals to kids in need with the goal of providing up to 10 million meals,” said Tim Kuniskis, Global Head of Alfa Romeo and Head of Passenger Cars – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA – North America.

Chrysler Continues To Provide More Assistance

Chrysler has not stopped there. Chrysler has ruled out a new campaign that will help families afford a Chrysler Pacifica as well. This initiative is known as Chrysler Pacifica family pricing. This campaign allows families to sit back and not have to worry about negotiating to try to haggle and lengthen the process of buying a new Chrysler Pacifica. The promotion began on March 19, 2020 and Pacifica family pricing includes 0% financing for 60 months on every 2020 Chrysler Pacifica including the Pacifica touring and Pacifica hybrid Limited trends. For a limited time no payment will be required for 90 days on available gasoline powered Chrysler Pacifica models. Our customers can help us contribute to this great cause and we’re happy to help make that happen.

“One in seven kids in America live in families that struggle with hunger. We know a hungry child can’t learn, can’t focus, can’t be who they want to be. We are so grateful for Chrysler’s support of our work to ensure kids have the food they need to thrive,” said Tom Nelson, President and CEO, Share Our Strength, company behind No Kid Hungry.
