2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Kendall Dodge
Among the popularity of the 4xe trim selections, we expect to see more Jeep 4xe choices for customers. Jeep has plans to launch a 4xe version of every vehicle by 2025, with the Grand Cherokee 4xe being the latest to join the fold. The actions of the Jeep brand spread to accumulate a leg up on the competition in the EV segment that remains a growing option among shoppers. Despite electric vehicles not standing on top of the list for sales, clients are now examining these options. The wild growth rate for all battery-pack-powered powertrains over the traditional combustion engines. PHEVs, EVs, both fully electric and mild-hybrids have led the way of this electrified evolution that has guided the brand to become a top draw in 2025 with a strong push for customers to make note of. As we head through fall into spooky season, it’s all treats for buyers with the growth of the EVs for the brand as of this decade.

Growing Electric Vehicle Lineups

The Jeep Wrangler 4xe, a plug-in hybrid that went on sale earlier in this decade and already accounts for nearly 25% of Jeep’s volume. The 4xe makes 375 horsepower and has an EPA fuel economy of 49 MPGe (miles per gasoline gallon equivalent, including electricity). Drivers get 21 miles of electric-only driving range when the 14.0-kWh lithium-ion battery is charged. Under the hood is a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine. The Wrangler 4xe outsold the Prius so far the last few years and is now the No. 1 PHEV in the country. The Grand Cherokee 4xe is a hit as well.

“The 4xe could make Jeep die-hards change their mind. When you drive electric Jeeps you fall in love with them. A lot of torque is awesome for off-road driving. It’s cool to be green,” Meunier added.

More Power And More Fuel Efficiency

Electrification will be the focus of the Jeep brand’s future. The EPA fuel economy assessments of the recently launched Rubicon 392, the most potent Wrangler with a rugged 6.4-Liter HEMI V8 engine that makes 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft. of torque, delivers 17 highway mpg. We are ready to accommodate our customers who are looking to add some excitement the summer with an arsenal of new and improved Jeep rides ready to go.

As the continued 4xe launch becomes apparent across every vehicle Jeep offers by the end of the decade, we hope our customers have taken a stand in one of the new rides jeep has released. This is all a huge plan involved with the major investment the brand has made to expand its EV lineup that is involved with all Stellantis brands.
