More On Unnamed Chrysler EV Concept

Despite having an entire launch set up for their formerly named “Airflow” concept and audience clamoring for the sophisticated concept released, they are going in a different direction entirely. Chrysler has not yet revealed what they plan to do with their EV offerings. The widely popular Chrysler Pacifica minivan and the 300 sedan, the latter of which has been made since 2010 is ending its run and the all-new Airflow was thought to be the next new Chrysler vehicle.

Revamping the First-Ever Chrysler EV

Chrysler changes what was first shown as a large two-row crossover. Gilles described the latest concept as an enhanced, modern design than the previous design known as the Airflow concept. The driving factor for the massive change comes at the request of Chrysler Brand CEO Chris Feuell. The new head of Chrysler has a fresh eye and an updated “rulebook they want to play by” according to the play set to change everything for the first ever Chrysler EV.

The new CEO “wanted a statement that had literally zero to do with anything that you have seen today, even the Airflow concept car. It is evolving in a new direction. Airflow was a great exercise to signal again the type of vehicle Chrysler might want to do,” Gilles revealed. As a compelling crossover it was a great starting point. Now with Feuell’s new direction, the team sought to improve their own Airflow design. Gilles has overseen the changes and successes of the Dodge Charger Daytona SRT EV muscle car and the Ram Revolution electric pickup truck concepts. As to provide more clarity for Chrysler,
