Entering the 2021 model year, Chrysler continues to improve the Pacifica minivan. Widely accepted as the standard amongst all minivans on the market will see some body styling updates, particularly to the front and rear. New modifications also include a top-line luxury trim level called the Pinnacle, and the driving option of all-wheel drive. The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica made its debut at the Chicago Auto Show. Showcasing the all-weather-capable AWD system for the Pacific,  Chrysler plans to have the AWD system available later this year as an option. This new mechanical system originated from the viscous coupling system used in the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger and Challenger, as well as some other FCA vehicles. Customers will be able to gain this Pacifica’s AWD system and it will not interfere with the Stow-n-Go fold-down seating that creates a flat loading floor in the van. This is one of the favorite features that is helped make the Pacifica earn back-to-back winners of Cars.com’s Family Car of the Year.

More On the New High-End Pacifica Trim

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica adds 14 additional standard safety features, including new LED headlamps and Pedestrian Automatic Emergency Braking. The Pacifica is well known for being modern with premium materials and the latest technology. Standard features, such as forward-collision warning and automatic braking, are just a few of the highlights that make them so nice. Owners can feel secure as the 2021 Pacifica will have 116 standard and optional safety features. The upcoming  2021 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle trim comes with standard Nappa leather, a unique dash design, and luxurious features. This trim level will sit above the base Touring, Touring L, and Limited choices. Additional standard features include Caramel Nappa leather upholstery, matching lumbar pillows in the second-row captain’s chairs, and an exclusive Ultra console that substitutes the 2020 center console to enhance storage capabilities.

New Features For the Pacifica

Also New to the 2021 Pacifica will be a first look at the latest Chrysler infotainment system, based on the company’s next-generation Uconnect 5 system. This includes an optional 10.1-inch touchscreen, larger than the standard 8.4-inch screen found in the current Pacifica. The refreshed system improves in performance and upgrades like crisper graphics, a more modern look, quicker user responses, and functionality additions. Drivers can now enable Alexa use on the Uconnect system. Alexa can be used not only to interact with devices in the home or remote start the van from any Alexa device connected, but also for in-car options like voice-activated music selection, streaming, and more features. Nearly all Alexa skills will be possible in the 2021 Pacifica, Chrysler has stated. Drivers and passengers I like and enjoy a total of up to 12 USB ports inside the new Pacifica. Also added are more audio system options including a new 10-inch rear dual voice coil subwoofer. Themes  2021 Chrysler Pacifica will enter dealerships in North America in the fourth quarter of 2020.
