2017 Jeep Lineup


As a manufacturer that has been dedicated to producing SUVs for more than 75 years, the 2018 Jeep model year lineup is excellent. The lineup includes six Jeep models and they all vary in price, power, off-road capabilities and style.

2017 Jeep Cherokee


Looking for some more space without sacrificing capability? Then the Cherokee is the SUV for you! The pricing for this model starts at $23,695 (before destination fee). The standard engine on Cherokee models is a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine and buyers have the option to upgrade to a 3.2-liter V6 engine. Depending on the engine, this SUV can tow up to 2,000 pounds, produce between 184 and 271 horsepower and get an EPA estimated 21 city and 31 highway mpg (for the base engine). The Cherokee has 24.6 cubic feet of trunk space and up to 58.9 cubic feet of total cargo volume.

2017 Jeep Compass

The all-new ‘17 Jeep Compass comes with more features than ever before, especially with the addition of the new available Trailhawk trim, which is specifically built for off-roading. The Jeep Compass is a compact SUV and it is available with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine and a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine. As a small SUV with an efficient engine, the Compass has an average fuel economy of 23 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway with the standard 2.0-liter engine. Aside from the Compass Trailhawk, which comes standard with four-wheel-drive, the other three Compass models are available with two-wheel or four-wheel drive. The Compass has a 22.7 cubic feet trunk area and 62.7 cubic feet of total cargo space offered. Starting price for the Compass is just $19,940 (before destination fee).

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Finally the Jeep Grand Cherokee! This is the largest SUV, but it is still affordable with an MSRP of $30,395 (before destination fee). The Grand Cherokee also comes with the most engine options of all the Jeeps. Available for the vehicle includes a 3.6-liter V6, a 5.7-liter V8, a 3.0-liter V6 diesel and a 6.4-liter HEMI SRT V8 engine. Horsepower and towing capacity vary greatly depending on the engine. The vehicle can produce between 240 and 475 horsepower and can tow between 3,500 to 7,000 pounds depending on the engine. When it comes to cargo capacity, the trunk is a 36.3 cubic foot trunk and the entire cargo volume for the SUV is 68.3 cubic feet.

2017 Jeep Patriot

The Jeep Patriot is the most affordable Jeep with an MSRP of just $18,040 (before destination fee). The Patriot comes standard with a 158-horsepower 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, but is also available with a 172 horsepower 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine. The base level engine for the SUV gets up to 23 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway and can tow up to 1,000 pounds. The Patriot has a 23 cubic foot trunk area and 53.5 cubic feet of total interior space.


2017 Jeep Renegade

The Jeep Renegade is a relatively new vehicle and it is definitely a favorite among consumers. The Jeep Renegade comes with a 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine or a more powerful 2.4-liter I4 engine. Depending on the engine, the Renegade averages 24 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway and has a maximum towing capacity of 2,000 pounds for the base 1.4-liter engine. The Jeep Renegade is a compact SUV and it has 18.5 cubic feet of trunk space and a total cargo volume of 50.8 cubic feet. The MSRP for the Renegade is just $19,325 (before destination fee).

2017 Jeep Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited

Next up, the familiar and iconic Jeep Wrangler! Buyers have the option of the two-door Wrangler or four-door Wrangler Unlimited. The engine for both the Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited is a 3.6-liter V6 engine that provides up to 285 horsepower and has an average fuel economy of 17 mpg in the city and 21 mpg on the highway. The Wrangler can tow up to an impressive 3,500 pounds. The Wrangler provides 12.8 to 31.5 cubic feet of trunk space (depending on if you have the Wrangler or Unlimited) and 55 to 70.6 cubic feet of total cargo volume. The base price for the Wrangler is $23,995 (before destination fee).
