2018 Dodge Charger Receives ALG Residual Value Award

December 1st, 2017 by

What does it mean when an automobile has good residual value? The term “residual” means “what’s remaining after the greater part or quantity has gone”. This can also refer to the quality of something, say the condition of a car after a 36-month lease. The residual is what the car is worth at the end of the leasing term, and one would hope it’s quality is enough to make it worthwhile to lease again or sell. So when the Dodge Charger wins the 2018 ALG Residual Value Award for the fourth time in the past four years, that’s saying something about the value found in this muscle car sedan.

ALG, a company dedicated to collecting and analyzing data about automobiles, recently recognized the 2018 Dodge Charger as a vehicle that stands out amongst the rest of the market for their residual value. After years of use and ownership, their quality, long-term reliability, and strong desirability does not diminish, or does so by very little. With the Dodge Charger being the fastest and most powerful sedan in the world, powered by a V6 engine standard and riding on an available all-wheel drivetrain, is strikes a balance between performance and comfort like no other vehicle in the market. That earned the Dodge Charger its 2018 ALG award in the “Full-size Car” segment.

“Striking a delicate balance between traditional sedan and muscle car, the Dodge Charger represents the shifting trends in the full-size segment … A wide range of powertrain and comfort features ensures there is a perfect Charger for every personality. High performance teams up with high value as the Dodge Charger lands its fourth consecutive RVA.” – said Jim Nguyen, President of ALG.

In short, we just wanted to take this chance to let Dodge enthusiasts, and anyone interested in the 2018 Dodge Charger, know that they’re in good hands. This is America’s only four-door muscle car. Pop on over to Kendall CJDR and find out what makes it so valuable.
