Engine Type
Each 2024 Jeep Wagoneer provides brute power and strong engine options. The 420 horsepower twin-turbocharged 3.0-Liter inline-six engine is a popular choice. The 5.7-Liter V8 is standard offering that remains on the base trim. An eight-speed automatic transmission is standard, but off-road enthusiasts should definitely include four-wheel drive; otherwise, rear-wheel drive is standard. In reference to four-wheel drive, three distinct systems are available to select from, all with differing degrees of capability. There are other off-road features such as a drive-mode selector system that incorporates snow, rock, and sand/mud modes and an adjustable air suspension that can raise the Wagoneer to provide an extra 3.6 inches of ground clearance. Both rear- and four-wheel-drive iterations of the Wagoneer can tow up to 10,000 pounds.Ā
Driving and Handling
The 2024 Jeep Wagoneer brings a long-wheelbase L trim with an increase of 12 inches to the SUVās overall length and an additional 7.0 inches of wheelbase. Indeed, this expanded Wagoneer L provides even more cargo and passenger room than the already ample Wagoneer trims. A new twin-turbocharged inline-six cylinder engine also serves as the replacement for the guzzling V8 engine under the hood of all but the entry-level trim.

Exterior Features
The new 2024 Jeep Wagoneer is a wonderful ride and an example of classic and modern engineering. The SUV has sloping contours and sweeping lines, along with practical features that do more than simply add to the aesthetic. The LED lighting, for example, provides crisp and uninterrupted illumination while the taillamps offer visibility to following traffic. There is also a tri-pane panoramic sunroof that retracts with the single push of a button. The 22-inch aluminum wheels present a sleek design coupled with power. A blacked-out Carbide appearance package is now available. This package includes gloss-black wheels and black exterior trim detailing.
Interior Features
Owners gain a massive third-row cabin that can be outfitted with room for up to eight in the 2024 Jeep Wagoneer, but opting for second-row captainās chairs moves the seating to seven. The cabin style is rich and offers several standard luxury perks, like 12-way power-adjustable front seats, three-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery, and ambient interior lighting. Cargo space is enormous, especially with the third row folded.
Technology
Entertainment
The interior of the Jeep Wagoneer provides a 10.1-inch infotainment system in the center of the cabin along with a 10.3-inch digital gauge display that provides readouts for the driver. In fact, an optional 10.3-inch unit can be integrated into the dashboard, so the front-seat passenger can have their own display, providing access to entertainment and navigation. The 2024 Wagoneer provides the new Uconnect 5 software interface, which permits users to access a plethora of features, including SiriusXM satellite radio, Alexa, Apple CarPlay, Amazon FireTV, a 5G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, Android Auto, and integrated navigation. Customers who opt to buy the higher-level Series III trims includes a 19-speaker stereo system.
Safety Features and Warranty
The 2024 Jeep Wagoneer includes a wide host of safety features, including standard automated emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring, and lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assist. Additionally, there is the ParkView Rear Back Up Camera with ParkSense Front and Rear Park Assist, which alerts the driver when they are too close to another object. The Intersection Collision Assist feature is available to send alerts of oncoming vehicles at intersections, and it applies the brakes when necessary. Jeep currently offers three years of complimentary scheduled maintenance, while the limited warranty covers three years or 36,000 miles. The powertrain warranty, on the other hand, covers five years or 60,000 miles.
