Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is the winner of any quarter mile race. It’s that simple. Equipped with the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI Demon V8 engine, the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is the fastest production car in the world and it has a remarkable speed off the line that gives it the power to go from 0-60 mph in just 2.3 seconds! The Challenger SRT Demon produces up to 840 horsepower and it finishes the quarter-mile in just 9.6 seconds! Though the engine in the Challenger SRT Demon may sounds similar to the SRT Hellcat engine, the two engines are very different and the Demon engine has more than 25 engine components that the SRT Hellcat engine doesn’t carry.
2018 Jeep SRT Models
The new and improved Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT was introduced in 2012, and it has been burning rubber ever since. The Grand Cherokee SRT is equipped with a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine that produces 475 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque and in comparison to other Grand Cherokee models, the Grand Cherokee SRT has a lot of exterior components to help improve the vehicle’s aerodynamics and speed. The Grand Cherokee SRT accelerates from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds and completes a quarter-mile in 13 seconds.
All-new to the 2018 model year is the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, and SRT took the qualities of the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT a few steps further to improve the vehicle’s time and performance. The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is equipped with a 707-horsepower 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine, so it’s not an SUV to play around with. The Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is the quickest and fastest SUV on the market and it has a 0-60 mph acceleration time of in just 3.5 seconds and an impressive 11.6-second quarter-mile time.
