The new 2019 Chrysler 300 has arrived. Fresh off the heels of winning AutoPacifica’s Ideal Vehicle Award, the Chrysler 300 is one of the premier full-size vehicles in the market today. Known for its elegant design and durable power, the new 2019 Chrysler 300 offers best-in-class V6 highway fuel efficiency, best-in-class total range of 426 miles for the V6 engine and 352 miles for the V8 engine. This is the kind of vehicle that offers so much, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. With four trims to choose from, there’s solid choices for different levels of comfort and class. Let’s explore the latest edition of the champion of the Chrysler sedan lineup for over the last 15 years.

Overview of the New Chrysler 300

Each of the four trims provide a luxurious interior with the same bold exterior look. The look of the second-generation Chrysler 300 has not changed much since first introduced in 2011 and has developed a reputation for being a fan favorite. In 2014, a facelift was done that included Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist and the Uconnect system was added. As recent as 2017, Edmunds named the Chrysler 300 a “Most Wanted Vehicle” award winner based on the sales numbers, customer interest and data pulled from Edmunds.

The amenities inside and under the hood are what differ with each trim level. Starting with the base model Touring trim, drivers gain 292 horsepower from the trusted 3.6-Liter Pentastar V6 engine that is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Touring trim carries a gauge cluster with a seven-inch touchscreen with dual-zone automatic climate control and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as apart of a wonderful infotainment system.

Higher Level Trims of the Chrysler 300

Upgrade to the 300S trim to gain the Black Noise wheel finish that include 20-inch black finish wheels. Drivers will gain more luxury with heated front seats with a backup camera, 10-speaker sound system, remote engine stare. With the Limited trim, there’s LED reading lights, Nappa seating with perforated inserts, ventilated front seats with heated rear passenger seats. Drivers also gain rear-wheel drive with front fog lights, leather trim heated-cushion driver and passenger seating are provided standard.

The highest level trim offered in the 2019 Chrysler 300 is the 300C. Drivers don’t have to buy an SUV or crossover to gain a powerful engine. Standard with the 300C is a 5.7-Liter HEMI V8 engine that provides 363 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque to make quite the impression. Despite having a strong HEMI engine, there’s great fuel economy at 25 highway MPG. The best interior offered is luxurious with great features like heated and cooled console cup holders, and a luxurious steering wheel with shift paddles. The support of a sport driving mode and adaptive xenon headlights with automatic leveling add a nice touch. Now, the only place to go is Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to find a new Chrysler 300.
