Jeep reported a sweeping plan for its next generation of fully electric 4xe vehicles as part of a massive changeover to become the leading electrified SUV brand in the world. Among the new all-electric had plenty of razz and tazz during the event, Head of Stellantis Design, Ralph Gilles conducted the presentation that revealed the new midsized all-electric D-segment utility vehicle for the premium Wagoneer brand. Known as the “Wagoneer S”, the D-SUV is focused on developing the brand’s presence in the premium SUV segment on a multinational scale.

Crafted on STLA Large architecture, the most contemporary Wagoneer entry will only be delivered as a battery-electric vehicle (BEV). According to Jeep, this new ride will have a target range of 400 miles on a single charge, 600 horsepower, 4×4 capability, and a 0 to 60 mph time of approximately 3.5-seconds. The D-SUV will be officially displayed at different auto events next year, with production beginning in 2024 in North America. We know both the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer have the fan support to succeed, as Jeep plans to see the Wagoneer S to last in their catalog for decades to come.
